Information on Personal Data Processing
Since May 25, 2018 the European Union Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) regulating the conditions of the personal data processing is effective and therefore we would like to inform you how we process personal data in compliance with this regulation.
The controller of the personal data is the company CNC Progress Technology s.r.o., having its registered office at Kolaříkova 630, 768 33 Morkovice, company ID: 04233344, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Registry Court in Brno, section C, file 88911 (hereinafter referred to as "the Controller").
What personal data from you do we process?
We process the following personal data: a name, a surname, academic degrees, postal and email addresses, a company name, phone and fax numbers, kind of payment, bank connection, company ID, taxpayer ID. Within the framework of the processing also other information may be connected with the personal data (the products purchased, the communication history, etc.)
Why do we need them?
The personal data are used within the business relation, i.e. including, but not limited to the personalised offers of our products and services, the specification of a technical solution, entering into orders, effecting deliveries, making analyses and commercial statistics, monitoring of the satisfaction with a delivery, fulfilling the warranty and post-warranty service (within the context of Regulation No. 2016/679 so called the performance of a contract, or a legitimate interest, as the case may be).
In case you have granted us your consent to the processing your data for the commercial and marketing purposes, we use the provided data also for communicating the news, trainings and marketing events being organized, commercial communications and carrying out marketing researches in compliance with your needs and preferences through various channels, e.g. by mail, electronic means (email), a phone call, or via web pages. Failing that, such communication is limited within the scope of the demanded products and services.
How do we handle the personal data?
We always process your personal data for a clearly defined purpose, by defined means and we observe the respective technical and organizational measures in order to ensure the security level corresponding to possible risks; all the persons who come into contact with the clients´ personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of the information obtained in connection with processing these data.
Who do we disclose them to?
To a strictly limited extent we provide the necessary personal data of a client to our service providers that are responsible for e.g. delivering consignments or IT services. These service providers are bound by the contract to maintain confidentiality of the data to the same extent as the Processor.
How long do we keep the personal data?
We keep your personal data for the necessary period; in case of the processing based on the consent we keep them till making a request for terminating their further processing.
What are your rights?
To request an explanation from us regarding the processing of the personal data, to request the access to these data from us and have them updated or rectified, to request erasing these personal data, in case of doubts concerning compliance with the obligations associated with the personal data processing you have the right to refer to us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
